MInecraft Mod Reviews
Too Many Items Mod Review
THE PHOENIX: Hello party people! I'm back with another mod review. This particular mod has blown me away. First of all it was really easy to install. You don't need any other mods such as modloader to install it. This mod is basically an inventory editor. When you press E to open your inventory, it adds so many new options. To the right of the screen you have a couple of pages that have every single item in minecraft. It even adds things that you cant normally get, like the end portal building blocks. When you left click on an item, it gives you 64 if it is stackable. When you right click it only gives you one. If you shift click on a stackable item it will give you 111 of them. If you shift click on a tool it will make it unbreakable. AND THATS ONLY THE FIRST PART! To the left there are 7 slots in which you can save what is in your inventory. Say you have a whole bunch of stuff in your inventory. You click on one of you saves. Then, a creeper comes out of no where and kills you. You click on the same slot that you clicked on before and all of the items that you had in your inventory at that time will reappear in the same places. Pretty cool, right? Then, you have some options at the top.The first one is the delete key. When you turn it on, any item you click in you inventory will disappear. Then there is the option in which you can switch from survival mode to creative mode. Then you can turn the rain and snow on and off. The next fewoptions can change the time of day to sunrise, midday, sunset, and midnight. If you have a newer version there will be one more icon. this allows you to change difficulty. I love this mode, but it kind of defies the purpose of the game. the whole point is to survive and get those items yourself. When I play on certain worlds, I don't use them, but it can get very tempting. So my conclusion is that is really good, but takes some fun out of the game for certain people.
Tale of Kingdoms Mod Review!!!
THE PHOENIX: Wassup peoples of the world! It is I THE PHOENIX bringing you my first mineraft mod review. I have to say that this one is very impressive. I might even do a lets play on it in the near future. It was also fairly east it install. You need to download the tale of kingdoms mod and something else called modloader. I might do and installation video also. Anyway, this is a fantastic mod. Basically, when you create a new world it gives you the option if you want it to be your tale of kingdoms world. You can only have one tale of kingdoms world at a time, so if you hit yes and you already have one, the other one will get deleted. If you say no you can just play regular minecraft. When you say yes it spawns you right by this massive castle. In there if you talk to the guild master he will start your path to kingship. When you kill monters you get money. the amount of money you have is displayed in the lower left hand corner of the screen, or at the top of your inventory, depending on what version you have. With the money you can buy and sell goods. You can even hire hunters to help you on your journey. Your path to kingship increases as you fight monsters, but a really good way to get it up is to rescue villagers that are in these little towns that have been attacked by a new mob called the reficuls. you will have to fight these evil creatures along the way. When your path to kingship is halfway the reficuls will attack the castle and you will have to defend it. When it is full you take the city builder along with you so he can help you build your own kingdom. This is a great mod. I always thought that minecraft was lonely and needed more people to interact with. You will not be disappointed. I give it a thumbs up!!!
